Casale Benedetti a San Giorgio is situated on the top of one of the most panoramic hills of Sabina, in the Municipality of Tarano, in the Province of Rieti. The building structure is the result of careful restructuring that has aimed to keep intact the external masonry of the farmhouse, creating internally a new wall structure that serves as a support for the floors and the roof.
The house is on 2 levels, in the upper floor we find 3 bedrooms with bathroom inside, while downstairs, there is a large living room with fireplace, a masonry kitchen with hand painted tiles, a further bedroom, a laundry room and a bathroom. The house is well finished in every detail through the use of quality materials: floors are made of hand-worked terracotta, and the bathrooms are covered with Vietri ceramic. The attic is made of chestnut with exposed beams.
The external porch on which overlook the kitchen and the living room, is large and pretty panoramic. Also the surrounding garden is well cared for and after a few meters from the porch we find the swimming pool with surrounding paving.
