On the main avenue leading to the characteristic Cantalupo town, just before reaching the central square, we find this great property to be restored on the right side of the tree-lined avenue. It is believed that once it belonged to the son of the painter Vincenzo Camuccini of Rome, to whom also belonged the Camuccini palace (hence the name) located on the main square of Cantalupo.
The villa is set on 4 levels, on the basement there are large cellars which can be accessed through three large arches. On the ground floor we find kitchens and living areas while upstairs there are the bedrooms, again a kitchen and bathrooms. On the ground floor, in correspondence of the porch through which you enter the cellars, we find a large panoramic terrace facing the Sabina valley. On the second floor instead, we find two rooms once used as warehouses. All the four levels are connected by several internal stairs.
To complete the villa, there is about one hectare of land used as a private park. With some care and some action you can bring this villa back to the splendor of a while.
